Here some pictures from our early Christmas Dinner, the wonderful trip to Sydney, where Julius got to see his place of birth, including an external visit to the flat at 17 Dine Street. We celebrated the New Year with friends from school, and had some fun outings to Puffing Billy and the Monash Gallery of Art. Apart from that, we’ve been to the cinema, the beach and the Pool, completed some art and craft projects, and will be welcoming Oma Gerlinde and Opa Gerd in just a few days! 🙂

Some last pics before we’re heading off to Sydney to celebrate Christmas – the final Athletics event, a visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens, and the St Kilda Little Penguin Colony. Happy holidays & Merry Christmas!

Lots of Pics – rainy Hobart, beautiful Bruny Island and its wildlife (including an Albino wallaby), the AES conference at UTAS, visits to Mike & his family as well as catching up lots with Ingrid & Richie and Pete & Al. We’re now getting ready for Chistmas is Sydney! Happy holidays & a great start to 2018!

Bussis & Gruesse

Stolze Eltern, proud parents – again, unbelievable what a fantastic night the music teachers at Essex Heights have created… So happy and proud that our kids have the opportunity to be part of the big stage!! 🙂 Julius was part of it playing flute in the „Combined Band“, and in the Marimba ensemble and sang in the Grade 4 & School Choir. Lilly was accompanying the Prep Choir with her Ukulele,  and was singing in the Grade 1&2 choir.

More happy school news – Julius‘ class won the first prize (Australia wide) of the ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image) with their short animation and will be invited to a big red carpet gala in the Melbourne CBD soon!

But Showcase pics first, videos a little later, seems like the upload might take a little while…
